Puddledock Gathering Post is located in Corinth, Maine, conveniently 20 miles northeast of Bangor.
Where are you located?
Of course, we love to give tours of the property if you are interested in hosting an event. Please fill out the contact information and we will get back to you with a time and date.
Can we come check out the property?
If you can keep your list under 232, that would be perfect!
What is your maximum capacity?
Yes - our farmhouse is part of the property. It is fully renovated and absolutely stunning! We sleep 8-12 people. If you do not have an event but want to stay, check us out on Airbnb!
Do you have onsite lodging?
Yes, you need to have licensed and insured vendors. We have a great list of caterers, photographers, djs, bar services, videographers, planners, and etc that we have worked with and can recommend. It is not required that you use vendors from our preferred vendor list.
Do you have vendor requirements?
Yes - when we renovated the barn in 2018, we added a full addition to house our ADA compliant restrooms.
Do you have restrooms?
Yes, we added a reclaimed asphalt parking lot in 2022 and it is lined so that you don’t need to worry about a parking attendant.
Do you have onsite parking?
We do have heat, but we do not have AC. We installed radiant heat in the slab of our barn and we turn this on for an additional fee during colder months. We also have three propane patio heaters for outdoor use under the tent. We do not have AC but we recently installed fans on the beams of the barn and we get a great cross breeze going when both barn doors are open.
Does the barn have Heat/AC?
We ask that your guests not staying on the property leave at 11pm.
How late can our event go?
We require our couples to purchase special event liability insurance for no less than $1,000,000, naming Puddledock Gathering Post as additional insured. Your special event liability policy can be attached to homeowners or renters policy, or a separate policy can be purchased, both are very easy. This usually costs no more than $200.
Do we need insurance?
Yes, please feel free to bring your dog to the ceremony, we just ask that your dog gets picked up after the ceremony so he/she can enjoy a quiet evening at a local boarding business or wherever he/she is most comfortable.
Are dogs welcome?
We require all rental items to be broken down (if applicable) as well as clean-up of all decor. Don't worry about cleaning up the night of, all packages include time on Sunday for this. If you don't want the hassle, PGP crew will take care of this for an additional cost.
What about the mess?
We know - PGP is a photographer's dream! However, we want our couples to have exclusive rights to the property and enjoy their special photos. You can only take pictures if you have booked an event with us. Thank you for understanding.
